This private residence, sitting on a 750 sqm farm lot, with a total floor area of 275 sqm, exemplifies our core principle: "Design with purpose, build with integrity." From concept to construction, the project was executed in close collaboration with Aleito Builders Construction, ensuring high-level workmanship and seamless integration of design solutions.

The architectural language strikes a balance between sleek, contemporary lines and rustic warmth. Utilizing a steel structural system and fast-build construction methodologies, the home delivers modern efficiency while blending effortlessly with the natural surroundings.

As of today, final finishing and styling works are underway:

• Exterior painting and cladding are 90% complete.

• Interior cabinetry and bathroom fixtures are fully installed.

• Final landscape grading and softscaping will be completed by mid-July.

• Final punch-list walkthrough scheduled before turnover.
